The Challenge
In a world flooded with chemical-laden shampoos, synthetic foaming agents, and plastic bottles, finding a truly natural, effective, and sustainable hair care solution became a real challenge. Our goal wasn’t just to make another soap — it was to rethink what hair cleansing should be.
We created this solid shampoo bar as a response to that challenge.
Modern hair suffers not only from environmental pollution but also from aggressive commercial products that strip the scalp of its natural balance. Many people struggle with dull, flat, lifeless hair. Others are sensitive to artificial fragrances or suffer from scalp irritation. The challenge was clear: create a product that gives volume, shine, nutrition, and purity — without compromise.
Why we did it
We carefully formulated this shampoo bar using a blend of nourishing plant oils, mineral-rich zeolite, raw honey, proteins from rice powder and hydrolyzed silk — all chosen for their ability to strengthen, cleanse, and revitalize hair naturally. With aloe vera for hydration and peppermint, rosemary, lavender and lemon essential oils to invigorate the scalp and stimulate circulation, every ingredient was chosen with intention.
Even the addition of medical-grade zeolite wasn’t just a trend — it was a functional choice, helping detoxify the scalp and bind impurities.
We replaced bottled complexity with a minimalist, cold-processed solution that’s zero-waste, plastic-free, and gentle for both people and planet.
This is not just shampoo.
It’s an answer to the challenge.
The Details
This shampoo bar is crafted using the cold process method, a traditional soapmaking technique that preserves the natural properties of each ingredient. Unlike commercial shampoos filled with synthetic detergents and harsh preservatives, cold process soap is created by blending oils, lye, and water at low temperatures. This allows beneficial compounds—like vitamins, fatty acids, and antioxidants—to remain intact. The result is a gentle, moisturizing bar that nourishes both hair and scalp, while being environmentally conscious and free from plastic packaging.
Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil
Rich in antioxidants, vitamins A and E, olive oil deeply nourishes the hair and scalp. It helps reduce dandruff, softens hair, and strengthens the shaft, making it ideal for dry or damaged hair. On the skin, it acts as a gentle emollient, restoring elasticity and preventing moisture loss.
Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil
Coconut oil has strong cleansing and foaming properties. It penetrates the hair shaft to reduce protein loss, strengthens hair from within, and adds natural shine. On the skin, it has antibacterial and antifungal effects, while providing hydration.
Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil
This lightweight oil is packed with fatty acids, magnesium, and vitamin E. It conditions hair, improves elasticity, and reduces scalp inflammation. On skin, it soothes irritation and helps with dryness and flakiness.
Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter)
Shea butter intensely moisturizes both scalp and hair. It protects against environmental damage, adds softness, and helps seal moisture. For skin, it provides deep hydration, promotes healing, and calms inflammation.
Argania Spinosa Kernel Oil (Argan Oil)
Argan oil is known for restoring shine, reducing frizz, and improving manageability. It nourishes the scalp, helps prevent breakage, and enhances hair elasticity. On skin, it is an anti-aging powerhouse, rich in antioxidants.
Ricinus Communis (Castor) Seed Oil
This thick oil boosts hair growth by stimulating circulation to the scalp. It adds volume, shine, and thickness. For skin, it has antimicrobial properties and supports healing of dry, cracked areas.
Sodium Hydroxide (Lye)
Used during saponification, lye transforms oils into soap. It is not present in the final product, but it’s essential for the creation of solid, long-lasting bars.
Aqua (Water)
Water activates the lye and helps dissolve ingredients. In the final product, it contributes to the texture and usability of the soap.
Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice (Aloe Vera Gel)
Aloe vera soothes irritated scalps, hydrates hair, and promotes growth. It has anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties. On the skin, it calms redness, cools burns, and deeply moisturizes.
Oryza Sativa (Rice) Powder
Rice powder adds gentle exfoliation to the scalp and strengthens hair roots. It boosts volume and shine, while also helping absorb excess oil. On skin, it brightens tone and smooths texture.
Medical Zeolite
A natural detoxifier, zeolite binds to impurities and heavy metals on the scalp, helping cleanse deeply without stripping natural oils. On skin, it supports detox and gently exfoliates.
Hydrolyzed Silk
Silk proteins bind to the hair shaft, improving elasticity and moisture retention. They give hair a smooth, shiny finish. On skin, they help with hydration and add a soft, silky feel.
Mel (Honey)
Honey is a natural humectant that draws moisture into the hair and skin. It softens, adds shine, and has mild antibacterial effects. On skin, it soothes irritation and supports healing.
Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Oil
Stimulates circulation in the scalp, encouraging hair growth and reducing shedding. It has antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties. On skin, it helps with acne and dullness.
Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil
Lavender oil balances scalp oils, calms irritation, and promotes hair growth. On skin, it is soothing, antimicrobial, and helps reduce redness.
Citrus Limon (Lemon) Peel Oil
This oil adds shine, clarifies the scalp, and removes buildup. It balances oil production and leaves a fresh scent. On skin, it has brightening and toning effects.
Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Oil
Peppermint oil invigorates the scalp, enhances blood flow, and can stimulate hair growth. It provides a cooling sensation and helps relieve itching. On skin, it refreshes and soothes.
